While each unit is individually managed by its respective host, Whistler Reception Services is on-site 24/7 to provide front desk assistance. Their dedicated team is always available to help with any building, village, or activity-related inquiries, ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. For any unit-specific concerns, the reception team works closely with the unit hosts to provide prompt solutions, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for all guests.

Driving Instructions
From Hwy 99 North coming from Vancouver turn right onto Lorimer Road, coming from Pemberton turn left onto Lorimer Road.
Once on Lorimer Road drive until you get to the 2nd street entrance for Blackcomb Way. The Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre will be on your right at this intersection.
Turn Right onto Blackcomb Way
Turn Left onto Chateau Blvd, Glacier Lodge is the first building on your right, please drive into the driveway way and check in at the front desk before parking in the underground.

Parking
Secure Paid Parking is available underneath the Glacier Lodge, with a clearance height of 6’8″.
Please pay for parking in advance from the machine located in the Lobby of the building, opposite the front desk.
Once paid, you can park in any unreserved stall in P1, located through the gate to the left when driving in off Blackcomb Way.
You will need your building code to open the gate and this will either be provided by the front desk upon check-in, or directly by your host.

Only steps to the base of Blackcomb
Guests have easy access to the Blackcomb Gondola for ski/snowboard access in the winter and sightseeing over summer – the location can’t be beat for convenience!
Farmers Market
During summer months the Whistler Farmers Market is located right outside the complex on the stroll. Guests can enjoy fresh local produce, food stalls as well gifts and souvenirs from local artisans.
Close To Village
A short 10-15 minute walk to the main village or guests can jump on the free village shuttle that runs every 15-20 minutes year-round right outside the complex.
